Ingredients

  • Wheat flour200 г
  • Water450 мл
  • Sugar1 ст. л.
  • Salt0.5 ч. л.
  • Vegetable oil3 ст. л.
  • Baking powder1 ч. л.

How to cook

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

    Pour in half of the water and mix until a thick, smooth batter is formed without lumps.

    Add the remaining water to achieve the consistency of thin cream.

    Stir in 3 tablespoons of oil. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat the pan well. Lightly grease it with oil for the first pancake.

    Pour a ladle of batter, quickly spread it. Cook for 1–1.5 minutes, flip and cook for another 30–60 seconds.
