1. Operator and Service

Nutri is an online platform for calorie and macro tracking. Operator: Jourloy LLC, Russia. Contact: support@jourloy.com. Data of Russian users is hosted in Russia

2. Acceptance of terms

By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer. If you disagree, do not use the Service

3. Not medical advice

The Service is not a medical tool and does not replace professional advice. Information is provided for guidance only and you use it at your own risk

4. Disclaimer

  1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes
  2. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for health damage, indirect losses, or loss of data/profit

5. Age (18+)

The Service is for users aged 18+. By registering you confirm your age. Accounts of underage users may be blocked and deleted

6. Account and access

We use a nickname and hashed password for sign-in. E-mail may be requested for receipts and important notices. You are responsible for password security; e-mail recovery is not yet available

7. User data

You log nutrition data and goals. You retain rights to your content but grant us a licence to process it for Service operation

We may analyse and share anonymised/aggregated statistics that cannot identify you

8. Prohibited actions

Do not break the law, attempt unauthorised access, spread malware or collect third-party data without consent

9. Paid plans

Five plans are available:

  • Free — 0 ₽
  • Basic — 349 ₽/month or 3,490 ₽/year
  • Extended — 699 ₽/month or 6,990 ₽/year
  • Premium — 1,990 ₽/month or 19,900 ₽/year
  • Coach plan — 1,990 ₽/month + 500 ₽/month per additional user

Payments are processed by a provider; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds for started periods are not provided unless required by law or the provider

We may request and store your e-mail for receipts and critical updates

Personalised advertising remains enabled regardless of plan

10. Advertising and partnerships

  1. We display ads and partner content, label them accordingly and report placements to ERIR
  2. By using the Service you agree to personalised ads. If you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account
  3. Partner offers are governed by partner rules; we are not a party to such transactions

11. Intellectual property

The Nutri name, design, databases and code belong to the Operator or licensors. Reverse engineering and copying are prohibited

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes are published in the Service, and continued use constitutes acceptance

13. Termination

We may restrict access for violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time

14. Governing law and disputes

Russian law applies. Disputes are resolved where the Operator is located unless mandatory law states otherwise
