    Sift the flour with baking powder into a bowl, add sugar, and mix to distribute evenly.

    In a separate bowl, combine honey and vegetable oil. If the honey is thick or crystallized, warm it slightly for 20–30 seconds on low power and stir until smooth.

    Pour the honey-oil mixture into the dry ingredients and rub everything into a fine crumb with your hands for a pleasant texture.

    Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Stop when it becomes pliable and easily forms a ball; the amount of water may vary slightly.
